Libya: Justice Ministry to take over prisons after aid groups complain of inmate torture
Welcome news to everyone that the Libyan Justice Ministry is asserting its authority. There are a some Libyans who have sought revenge for the Gaddafi regime's past acts, but this has to stop now to prevent a deterioration of the country, so this is a positive step for the Libyan people.
