NEVER MIND, LA TIMES, THAT THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS IN CHARGE AT THE CABIN, NOT THE LAPD, THAT DORNER HAD A SMALL ARSENAL AND EXOTIC PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, HAD NO INTENTION OF BEING CAPTURED ALIVE, AND THAT IT WAS ALMOST DARK IN THE FOREST, MAKING YET ANOTHER ESCAPE POSSIBLE BY A GUY USING FLASH SUPPRESSORS, MEANING YOU COULDN'T SEE ANY MUZZLE FIRE FROM HIS WEAPON.
